**Cues:**
• Start in a standing forward fold
• Bend your knees enough that your hands reach the ground
• On an inhale bring your foot back towards the back of the mat coming into a lunging position
• Point your front foot straight forward and line up your knee directly over your ankle 
• Square your hips feeling:
  - Pull your front hip back and your back hip forward 
 • Two great ways to think about this:
     - Feel as if you are dragging your feet towards each other without moving them 
     - Feel your thighs scissoring towards each other
