• Begin in a runner's lunge
• Feel strongly into the four corners of your front foot (big toe mound, little toe mound and inner and outer side of the heel) 
• Keep your front knee directly in line with your ankle ensuring you can see your toes in front of your knee
• Come onto the ball of your back foot and pressing through the heel
• Keep your hips square building a foundation in your pelvis
• On an inhale with a strong core and long spine bring the upper body up and the arms overhead
• Bring your torso directly over your hips
• Engage your core while drawing your ribs towards your spine
• Have the arms extended with the palms of the hands facing each other
