Today's question is about breaststroke timing. We have a very simple progression to teach breaststroke timing that starts with Separation Drill. In the Endless Pool it's incredibly easy to merge Separation Drill into full stroke swimming... just increase the water speed. In a regular pool, it takes a bit more thought, but the concept is the same.
