How much power do you need for a breaststroke kick?

The reality is, you only need power if you want to really fast, or if you're recovering your legs too high.

Be careful to make sure you identify the great feeling of the surge in the breaststroke kick.  Does the surge come from slowing down through the set up of the kick?

Sometimes, the smaller kick is much better because it can achieve the same result with far less effort.
