So continuing to build on the progression, Brad's going to push off from the back in position eleven. He's going to initially kick. We've sped the water up a little bit. But again, keeping it very gentle. 

So we want to show the transition from the responsibility for propulsion from the legs to the arms. He still keeps it very, very light, very slow. 

But you notice that as he adds the arms, the responsibility to move forward has shifted to the front end. You can see that the legs have really stopped and quieted. So he still continues to take very, very gentle strokes, focusing on the line from the connection to the exit. 

So a great drill, focusing the effort from the legs, moving forward, and slowly transitioning, using your arms moving forward during that transition is very important to make sure you keep your line because as you drop the legs, the resistance is going to increase. We want to make sure that we hold that line.
