This is our toe touch drill, another very good drill to warm up with to get some range of motion going. I'd like to start with this one just walking first. So it's the opposite hand opposite toe. Once again, you're still trying to keep a good posture. You're not leaning forward. You're not reaching forward and bending at the torso and you're not leaning back. You want also think about your head position looking forward in a very similar body position to when you're running this show, you certainly don't want to force it. You're just letting yourself warm-up and getting a little range of motion. Once you're done, jog it out. Now, a little more advanced version and this drill is adding it into a little rhythm, adding a little bit of a skip. And when you do speed it up like this, it does make it a little easier. And you can really just work on getting a little bit more of that range of motion. You certainly don't want to kick out. You're just swinging a leg forward.
