Tennis ball, slalom. You can do this with cones, you can do it with a tennis ball, it's cut in half. Just another fun little skill that you can work on. It's all about bike control with this. 

So you're looking to head into your course and really looking forward, trying to stay relaxed in your upper body. 

The whole idea is to move your hand over your steering wheel to get around through the course. This is another skill that will continue to help you have control of your bike. This one we set up really challenging, very tight. So he's not able to pedal as much in between each of the balls. But you can do that and spread them out a little more. 

What we see here is very relaxed. He's looking forward. He's got a nice rhythm as he moves his way through. And so this is something where you can start with the more spread apart and then start bringing them in tighter so you can challenge yourself. 

There's so many scenarios in the real world of racing that you can think of that this would be very good for sometimes you're riding in an IronMan and someone dropped a water bottle right in front of you. So would be able to swerve without losing control is a very good skill. You also have to be mindful of the person next to you. You don't want to do a move that's so drastic that you make other people crash. So if you have control your bike, very, very important thing to have and every type of racing and triathlon.
