Dual slalom, tandem slalom. This is a really good one to do with a partner taking the skill set of being able to go through a slalom course and then adding the distraction to having someone ride right next to you. 

Here we can see and Tony also doing the extra little 180 turn. It's all very, very good skill to have being able to turn in close proximity and then having that distraction as someone else with you. 

This is something you do with any training partner. And I really feel it's a good thing to start out with in your rides is kind of getting the body warmed up, getting the nervous system warmed up and challenging yourself a little bit. And it can lead into a really good ride at the same time, really learning and reinforcing a very important skill.
