Basics, basics, basics, this comes down to being able to ride in a straight line once again using your cones as the course and then going right down the middle. What we're working on here is balance and control, still being able to ride. 

As we see Tony here. He's taken one handoff at a time. You can spend a little more time with your hand off to get used to using your core muscles for state stabilizing. 

Here we see Charlotte doing that. And she's doing exactly what I just said, spending a little more time with one hand off. You can see that she doesn't move at all from the line that she's on. And that's what you're looking to work on. 

This is something you do before every ride and do it after every ride. Now she's stepping up to ride with no hands, a very good skill that's very important to be in control when you try this. And I've said before, all these drills are very important for what we do on race day. 

A lot of times when you're in an IronMan and a Half IronMan, you come up to an aid station. 

You need to be able to have control of your bicycle when you're reaching for a water bottle.
