Another fun drill to work on and a very important skill to acquire is the bunny hop, whether you're on the road bike or a time trail bike, there is going to be debris on the road. You're going to be able to need to keep control and sometimes hop over that debris on the road. 

So here we see Charlotte and Tony doing a nice demonstration of being able to jump. He's pulling up at the same time with his arms and his feet that are in the pedal. So he's able to get both wheels off the ground, be able to get a little height in that. And the whole idea of this is to be able to jump over something, whether you see glass, you see nails, you see any sort of debris. 

Often where we live here in Arizona, we'll have a rattlesnake across the road and sometimes it might actually have the bunny hop it. Great skill to acquire.
