Building on the dryland exercise that we just completed. We're going to take this exercise to the water using the exact same steps that you did on land, float, Diamond Angel swing. You'll notice that our swimmer is moving just a little as he pushed off the wall, but this exercise can be done stationary. You'll also notice that he's using a snorkel and a pull buoy to keep him afloat. So if you have trouble with your balance, these tools are great aids. This swimmer has tremendous balance in the water. So she's able to do this exercise without the flotation device or without the snorkel. Remember, it's the exact same movements, and you were really not trying to move much at all in this. You want to focus completely on the arms, the movement of the arms and remember the mantra that you'll be saying is float, Diamond, Angel swing
