Hello, everybody, this is Glenn Mills from go swim again. And we're going to look at another free offering in the app. Now last week, we talked about how every week you get seven new videos in the app that all deal with a specific theme. So there, you can watch all seven of them at once, starting on Monday, and all the way through Sunday evening.

The next thing that we're offering for free are workouts. So if you go to the bottom and you click on workouts, you'll see that there are already a ton of workouts in there. Now, these aren't just regular workouts, we are very committed to teaching and making sure that everything has a purpose and a theme. So these workouts will all follow a specific theme. There'll be a goal a target, something to improve on. And through that improvement you gain fitness. But there's you have to remember that swimming is a skill based technique oriented sport, so that you have to learn you can't just go back and forth and expect to get better.

So you can come into the app, and you click in the upper right hand corner, those little bars, those toggles. And this is going to show you how to search for the different workouts. So you can come in and pick the specific distance that you want to swim or how long you want to swim for. If you there's a specific stroke of freestyle here, and kind of an intermediate, you know how to swim, but you want to polish up and get better.

So we're gonna apply this and it's going to go and pull out those specific workouts that are that pertain to this, those parameters. So let's look at the kick from the hips would be a good one. So here in this practice, there's a theme to it.

There's the description, what are you? What are you trying to accomplish? What tools would you use, and then you've got your warm up, you've got your main sets, a lot of 25 and 75. And this one, thinking about very specific things along the way, then you've got your warm down. At the very bottom, there's the associated video, now the workouts are free.

But the videos, that's what you need for an upgraded and that's where you'd purchase a subscription. So the workouts are free, and you can use them as much as you want. But the videos themselves that kind of help you along, that's where the upgrade is, is required.

Now in the upper right hand corner, there's a star and a printer. If you star that you can add that to your favorites. So you can always find this workout very quickly. And then if you want to print it, you just click the Print button and if your phone or your your, if your phone is connected to your Wi Fi printer, it's just going to print out you can stick it in a Ziploc bag. Sure it's old school, but it's very functional. You don't have to worry about technology when you're at the pool.

So if you've favorited it, you can just click favorites up here in the upper right, and you'll have all your practices or workouts that you enjoy that you can do over and over again. Again, so far we've covered that the weekly theme so seven videos a week are are free, and workouts.

Again, we'll be adding more workouts every week. But already there are a bunch in there. So we hope you enjoy it.
