This course is going to discuss the details of breathing. And so we'll be adding lessons to this as we go along. But the idea is that we've worked with a lot of people that really have a hard time understanding the process of breathing in the water that is, so we're going to go through some different exercises that we use in our teaching, and in our training, to help people understand how to overcome some anxiety that comes with breathing in the water, and mostly for how to breathe out in the water.
