So our theme this week is connected freestyle, from the pull to how it's integrated with the body to the kick. And so it's been tasked to me to show a disconnected freestyle. So the first thing we want to look at is someone that may be poles too soon, the pole is not integrated or connected with the body into the arm goes independently. Someone that maybe swims too flat on the surface of the water without the rotation, which again, will, will add power to the pole. And then finally someone that just has no connection, the elbow leads the way. And so I'll do my best to demonstrate certain things that we see I may over-exaggerate a little bit, but, but these are things that we definitely see. Finally, the last one would be a connected freestyle or something where the timing of the hands is connected with the body, the foot, the feet are integrated in the process. And so there's a constant kick going on but again, very the way that I swim, especially at slow speeds, it's going to be a single beat kick but it's going to be timed at the correct moment to help me rotate the body around. So we'll just take a shot at this and hopefully, I mean I was told for years by many coaches as a breaststroker my freestyle was always disconnected so they shouldn't be too difficult for me.
