Sandra - Please go over the timing of the kicks, the undulation and the arms. I am struggling with butterfly and breaststroke. Also any dry land exercises that we can do, would be much appreciated. I can’t get my arms out of the water.
Mulegwa - I have had a challenge teaching Butterfly especially to younger swimmers. They tend to wiggle and miss the bit and the kicks coordination. What’s the easiest way to tackle this?
