This was a lesson with a 10-year-old swimmer who was visiting from out of town. We streamed this lesson live to a limited number of people.

Most of what we covered on this day was a review of skills we worked on for the previous three days. I have worked with this swimmer since he was seven. His Father has been his primary teacher, following through with the lessons and doing a tremendous job.
