Collecting data is only half the equation — knowing what to do with it is what really drives improvement. Once your race data is entered in the app, tap the little red button in the bottom left corner and it will pull up personalized video recommendations from Go Swim to help you address exactly what the data revealed. Think of these as ideas and talking points to bring to practice and discuss with your coach. They're meant to work alongside your coach's guidance, not replace it. Your coach is your coach — listen to them. But armed with your data and these resources, you'll have a much clearer picture of where to focus your energy and how to get better.
