In this section, Kaitlin and Erik share nine of their favorite drills.  These drills will help you work on the focus points covered in the Fly, Back, Breast, and Free sections of the video.

**Underwater Dolphin Kick (Fly)**
Underwater Dolphin Kick helps you maintain speed off the wall in Fly and Free.

Push off in streamline and stay in streamline as you start to dolphin.  

Start the kick at the sternum and let it ripple all the way through the body.

Kick from the abs and not from the knees.  The kick should flow through your body like the snap of a whip.

Keep your toes pointed on the down-kick and on the up-kick.  Keep the kick continuous and flowing.
