For the final section of the video, we feel there’s no better way to learn than just to watch Dave swim.

Try to pick out the things we focused on.  
Are his eyes down when he’s under?  
Are his eyes down when he’s above?
Does he finish each kick?
Is his pull big and wide, or is it mini and compact?
And does he direct all of his energy forward…or down?

Try to pick out the things he does right…or try to find the things that even Dave could do better.  Even the best swimmers try to improve…so they can swim even faster.
