Start with feet together and hands in thumb-lock or power-lock.  Look straight forward, with the ears clamped tightly between the shoulders.

Try to flatten your back – not by sucking in your stomach (because that will make you hold your breath), but by pressing your navel to your spine.   

Keep breathing, try not to tense up, and think about lengthening your spine in order to flatten your back.

Hold your streamline and make adjustments until you have the best bodyline possible.
