Box Jumps are a key dryland exercise to build explosive power on your starts and turns.

Make sure you’re wearing appropriate shoes and using a jumping platform that’s stable and secure.

Start from a stable base, with feet shoulder width apart and pointed straight ahead. You should have equal weight on both feet.

Focus your eyes on the top of the platform.

Land softly! And land squarely on both feet.
