Start from a stable base, with feet shoulder width apart and pointed straight ahead. You should have equal weight on both feet.

Focus your eyes on the floor several feet in front of you -- or on your image if using a mirror.

Swing the arms back and up, and bring the knees up as high as you can.

Always land SOFTLY...and squarely on both feet.
