Riding in a straight line

Riding in a straight line

Riding in a straight line, one of the most basic drills you can do, but I still think one of the most important drills you can do, it's very good for control, very good. If you're riding in close proximity, even as an Ironman athlete, you're going to be out on a competition course that's going to have a lot of people, especially going through a special needs station. Riding in a straight line is a very important skill. Whether you are an amateur, a beginner, or a professional, it's something that you can keep working on, especially when you first start heading out for your bike ride. It's a fun one I like to do. Every time I get on the bike, I'll ride on a white line on the road. I'll try to ride on other areas where I can challenge myself, whether it's a white line or even riding on a sidewalk in a really narrow line to something you can always work on. So here we have both Tony and Charlotte doing a good demonstration and riding between the tennis balls. And it's something you can do. As I said at the beginning of every ride you do could be in your driveway or it could be on your warm-up.
